This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced 4G / 5G Sales Manager / Director to become the first dedicated Sales hire for this young and ambitious vendor start-up with a demonstrated end to end virtual Private 5G Network platform based on the latest Open RAN and automation technologies. Targeting European private spectrum across broad industry and government sectors in what is a fast-growing sector. 


Only 3 years old, our client is now ready to bring their industry first solutions to market. Funding, successful trials, a developed eco system and growing interest has led to the creation of this brand-new dedicated Sales role. The Sales Manager / Director will spearhead the development of channels, SI partnerships and routes to market as well as defining direct GTM strategies and initiatives, a real opportunity to shape and make an impact. With success, this is a genuine opportunity to build and manage a sales team.




Requirements

 

To succeed in this Sales Manager / Director role, you will have:



  • Demonstrable success of selling wireless technology solutions (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, IoT…) into Enterprise and/or Government sectors, directly and via partner channels
  • A successful record of sales achievement, closing complex solution-based opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial, a true technology start-up with market differentials and USPs
  • Experience of developing and working with European SI’s, Distributors, resellers etc. 
  • Start-up mindset with a hunter mentality
