www.isero.net (“the Website”) is operated by Isero Limited (“Isero”). Isero acts as a recruitment agency, introducing job seekers to hirers for permanent and contract vacancies respectively.


For the purposes of data protection legislation in force from time to time the data controller is Isero Ltd.




Who we are and what we do


We are a recruitment agency and recruitment business as defined in the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (Isero Ltd). We collect the personal data of the following types of people to allow us to undertake our business:


  • Prospective and placed candidates for permanent or contract roles
  • Prospective and live client contacts
  • Supplier contacts to support our services
  • Employees, consultants, temporary workers

 

We collect information about you solely for the purposes of carrying out our core business and ancillary activities.

 

What we collect from you


Isero collects personal data directly from you (via email, website forms, phone, and email or otherwise) as well as from other available sources to the extent relevant and permitted under the GDPR legislation. Subject to this applicable law we may collect the following information:


  • name and job title
  • contact information including phone number and email address
  • links to your professional profiles available in the public domain e.g LinkedIn and corporate website
  • your competences, skills, experience and education, e.g. your CV or resume, previous employments, educational details and qualifications, third party references
  • your preferences, e.g. preferred place of work, areas of interest as well as your preferred ways to be contacted
  • other information relevant to roles and relevant industry news
  • other information, such as information found from public sources as well as information depending on the position you are applying for, and where necessary for the recruitment activities. This will only be in the case of legitimate interest (please see Our Legitimate Business Interests below)

 

Our Legitimate Business Interests


As a recruitment business and recruitment agency we introduce candidates to clients for permanent employment or independent professional contracts. The exchange of personal data of our candidates and our client contacts is a fundamental, essential part of this process.


We will keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Our goal is to provide you with useful recruitment services for the whole of your career. However, you retain control over your personal data and may instruct us to stop looking for work for you at any time. Clients


If you are client or prospective client, we will collect and use information about your organisation and you (or your designated managers) in order to market our recruitment services to you and provide you with our recruitment services.


Please note that we will not normally seek the prior consent of corporate bodies to direct marketing sent to a corporate email or postal address. However, anyone receiving such marketing has the right to opt out by using the links included in all marketing emails or the contact details contained in this privacy notice. 


Data Sharing and Transfers


We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where it is necessary to do so in order to provide you with our recruitment services as described above.


Access to your personal data and correction


You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us at jobs@isero.net.


We want to make sure that your personal data is accurate and up to date and are happy to remove or amend any information you think is inaccurate.


You also have the right to cease receiving our services at any time and have us delete all of your personal data, unless we are in the process of responding to any complaint that we are required to keep it for legal reasons. 


Cookies


Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the Website, to compile statistical reports on Website activity and to help us make recommendations that are relevant to you.
