Brand new opportunity in The US - a Technical Customer Presales leadership role for this privately funded, innovative developer of Cloud Native Private Mobile Network technology solutions. Our client, a small, scale up technology vendor, has defied their size. Deploying bespoke solutions globally to some of the most demanding and mission critical networks, across Govt, Defence, Industry 4.0 and Enterprise sectors.  With further investment, increased GTM activity and customer engagement in the US, they are now looking for someone to lead North American presales customer engagements and new GTM strategic initiatives. 




Requirements

 

 

Ideally, we are looking for – 



• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Mobile Networks industry, in a technical customer/partner facing role,

• Detailed knowledge of 4G and/or 5G Mobile Networks, for RAN, Core and OSS elements with a solid understanding of 3GPP interfaces and architectures

• Ideally some experience of Private Mobile Networks, 4G or 5G., or Govt/Defence wireless communication systems (FWA, CBRS, mmWave, NTN …)

• Experience representing a technology business at senior technical/commercial levels.

• Ability to independently lead technical strategy across a region.

• Proven track record of engaging with US defence, government, or regulated-industry customers desirable

• Pro-active individual with the ability and desire to work in a small yet growing start-up environment. 




The Job

Responsibilities include – 


• Act as an extension of the senior Tleadership team into the US market, supporting strategic customer and partner conversations.

• Shape and influence regional technical/partner strategy 

• Engage with senior technical and commercial stakeholders at defence, industrial, and integrator organisations. 

• Provide early qualification of high-value opportunities and steer solution strategy.

• Senior representative at key industry events, conferences, and high-level customer meetings.

• Mentor junior engineers as the regional team expands.

• Technical point of contact for all pre-sales partner and customer engagements across The Americas.

• Design and value creation of private network enabled solutions for key customer verticals; military, critical communications, industry 4.0 etc.

• Designing/collaborating with partners/customers on complex networking solutions.

• Interface with and manage partners/customers in the solution life cycle.

• Support the technical response for RFI/RFQ/RFP as required.
